Wheeler, as special assistant to Wynne, would have known about the dual nuclear chain-of-command established by Vice President Dick Cheney, bypassing the Defense Secretary and Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman, that resulted in a spate of nuclear surety and security incidents during 2007 and 2008. WMR reported on those incidents from Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota and Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana in 2008.

This is an interesting update to an already intriguing murder mystery. Is there a connection between John Wheeler III and the dead birds that have been confirmed in at least three states and multiple other countries? Was John Wheeler exposed to some sort of chemical that he was or had worked on? Witnesses have reported that several people asked him for help and he declined. 24 hours later he turns up in a landfill. One witness said that he was rambling and was unable to find his car.
Looking at the pennies-on-the-dollar settlements on the foreclosure fraud cases, with no criminal charges to be filed it is clear which course the government has decided on.
“I’m concerned that the settlement between Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Bank of America over misrepresentations in the mortgages BofA originated may amount to a backdoor bailout that props up the bank at the expense of taxpayers. Given the strong repurchase rights built into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s contracts with banks, and the recent court setback for Bank of America in similar litigation with a private insurer, I’m fearful that this settlement may have been both premature and a giveaway."

WASHINGTON — As Americans continue to lose their homes in record numbers, the Federal Reserve is considering making it much harder for homeowners to stop foreclosures and escape predatory home loans with onerous terms. The Fed's proposal to amend a 42-year-old provision of the federal Truth in Lending Act has angered labor, civil rights and consumer advocacy groups along with a slew of foreclosure defense attorneys. They're not only asking the Fed to withdraw the proposal, they also want any future changes to the law to be handled by the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which begins its work next year. This is a must read...
Yes, but how can that be? Global warming is in full swing so how can an Ice Age creep or crash in on us? If you are really paying attention to what is happening all around us in the world you will see the shaping story and a tragedy of staggering proportions. Most everything is pointing away from the concept of global warming, everything but the mainstream media and the corporate tyrants that rule it. There is no doubt that the global climate is undergoing dramatic changes of ‘biblical’ proportion. And the evidence is mounting and human experience is shouting that it’s the cold that will bury us not the heat. You think it’s cold and snowy now in the northern hemisphere? Piers Corbyn from the above video predicts it will just keep getting colder for the next 20 to 30 years.
Indignez vous! (Cry out!), a slim pamphlet by a wartime French resistance hero, Stéphane Hessel, is smashing all publishing records in France. The book urges the French, and everyone else, to recapture the wartime spirit of resistance to the Nazis by rejecting the "insolent, selfish" power of money and markets and by defending the social "values of modern democracy".
A man was found dead next to a fence at Ninth and McGee Sunday morning. Saturday's temperature of 12 degrees and cutting wind has led to speculation that the man died due to cold weather. Webmaster's Commentary:
"Pay no attention to these frozen humans, we got strange and weird fish deaths and stranger and weirder bird deaths, and we have HAARP and Chemtrails to explain it all away so you don't look at the thermometer and realize that global warming was really a huge lie!" -- ABCNNBBCBSFOX
Twelve homeless people froze to death in Poland last night bringing the country`s death toll caused by freezing temperatures in the past three days to 30.
Webmaster's Commentary: So why is everyone all focused on the birds and fishes freezing to death?
A homeless man was found frozen to death underneath the Quarrier Street bridge in Charleston, according to police. Webmaster's Commentary: So why is everyone all focused on the birds and fishes freezing to death?
Near-freezing temperatures and icy Himalayan winds have killed dozens of people in northern India over the past two weeks and forced schools to close in the capital, officials said Wednesday. A spokesman for worst-hit Uttar Pradesh state said five people died from the cold overnight, pushing the number of deaths there to 41. Uttar Pradesh is one of India's poorest states and nearly a fifth of its 180 million people are homeless.
Webmaster's Commentary: And ABCNNBBCBS gives their news reporting priority to the birds and fish. Disgusting.
Spokeswoman for South Africa National Parks said the cold was not unusual had combined with rain and windchill to deadly effect Webmaster's Commentary:
I am reposting this article to make a point. Sudden chills kill wildlife. No surprise there; it has been happening all along.
We are in the midst of a harsh winter with cold temperatures not seen for a hundred years. And birds and fish and other animals (and sadly, homeless people) not used to this degree of chill are dying of hypothermia.
But my in box is being flooded with emails insisting that chemtrails and HAARP are to blame for these sudden die-offs, and not surprisingly, these emails come from the same people insisting that this cold winter should not be taken as evidence that the theory of human-caused global warming is wrong.
Even top talker Howard Stern hasn't been immune, as analysts figure he re-upped at Sirius XM for about $80 million a year, down from a previous deal that had him earning $100 million annually.
The punditry looked for and recently found an alternate number to tout — “97% of the world’s climate scientists” accept the consensus, articles in the Washington Post and elsewhere have begun to claim. This number will prove a new embarrassment to the pundits and press who use it. The number stems from a 2009 online survey of 10,257 earth scientists, conducted by two researchers at the University of Illinois. The survey results must have deeply disappointed the researchers – in the end, they chose to highlight the views of a subgroup of just 77 scientists, 75 of whom thought humans contributed to climate change. The ratio 75/77 produces the 97% figure that pundits now tout.
The U.N.'s decision this week to investigate whether some of its climate change research had been manipulated constitutes a "direct rebuke" of the Obama administration, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said Friday. The White House's unwillingness to open a similar inquiry could now only be characterized as "a sad abdication of their responsibility to ensure that U.S. policies are not driven by corrupted science and data," the congressman added.
Webmaster's Commentary:
"Look, that 747 I fly around in is getting old, the interiors are outdated. I need a new hot airplane so I can cruise out to those million-a-pop vacations in Hawaii and I know Boeing will hate me for it, but I am thinking about buying a couple of those Airbus A-380s as a really cool imperial jet fitting for my Presidency. But I need to get that carbon tax onto the serfs because I am not going to pay for this bling myself. If I investigate climategate, coming on top of a winter so cold the @#$ing birds are dropping out of the skies and fish freezing in the water, I won't get my carbon tax, which means I don't get my new ride, er, flight, and that will really put me in a bad mood! And you don't want me in a bad mood!" -- Official White Horse Souse
Wikileaks was suspiciously elevated and praised by mass media before it even released anything, and when it did it was just... a bunch of obvious stuff that is all over the web already anyway, and yet sandwiched in with the no brainers, was state propaganda about Iran, Pakistan, and "Al Qaeda."
As Israel ordered a slight easing of its blockade of the Gaza Strip Wednesday, McClatchy obtained an Israeli government document that describes the blockade not as a security measure but as "economic warfare" against the Islamist group Hamas, which rules the Palestinian territory. Israel imposed severe restrictions on Gaza in June 2007, after Hamas won elections and took control of the coastal enclave after winning elections there the previous year, and the government has long said that the aim of the blockade is to stem the flow of weapons to militants in Gaza.
Webmaster's Commentary: This is exactly what the USSR tried to do to West Berlin. The US did not stand for that then, why do they sit silently by and allow it to happen now?
Jillian Rayfield TPM Legislators in at least ten states have introduced bills in the past few years to allow state commerce to be conducted with gold and silver. As we reported, Georgia state Rep. Bobby Franklin (R) recently reintroduced legislation to force his state to conduct all monetary transactions with U.S. gold or silver coins -- including the payment of taxes.
If you haven't noticed lately, America is literally falling apart all around us. Decaying infrastructure is everywhere. Our roads and bridges are crumbling and are full of holes. Our rail system is ancient. Our airports and runways have definitely seen their better days. Aging sewer systems all over the country are leaking raw sewage all over the place. The power grid is straining to keep up with the ever-increasing thirst of the American people for electricity. Dams are failing at an unprecedented rate. Virtually all of our ports are handling far more traffic than they were ever intended to handle. Meanwhile, our national spending on infrastructure is way down. Webmaster's Commentary:
AP reports that the TSA busted Montel Williams for carrying a pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana (see below). They’ll copy credit cards, rummage through your stuff and tell your husband you’re taking his money, interrogate you about $5K in cash you have on you, and now they’re pretending to be the DEA?! The TSA is like the new secret police. They’ll go through your stuff without any legal right and get you in trouble for the most harmless and ordinary of items. Had enough yet?
According to research from Consumer Reports, many companies have been shrinking the size of the products you buy, while charging the same amount for the product.
A New Hampshire couple is fighting a speeding ticket they received after the expectant mother went into labor, and her husband rushed her to the hospital with only minutes to spare.
The Israeli army has claimed that the woman killed in last Friday’s demonstration against the wall did not die as a result of inhaling lethal tear gas, going as far as to claim she wasn’t even at the demonstration. Let me state here that Palestine does not want martyrs. Palestine wants FREEDOM! Palestinians want STATEHOOD!! Israel will and is doing everything in its power to prevent either from becoming a reality. Now the Israeli press is following suit by joining the chorus of lies being sung by the IDF and the government itself.
I decided to repost this interview I did with Duane "Dog" Chapman after his TV series "Dog The Bounty Hunter" returned to the air following a scandal in which a private telephone conversation with included the word "Nigger" (from now on I refuse to pussy-out the way the corporate media does by referring to it as the 'N-word'). In these interviews I asked a question that needs re-examination in light of the firing of FOX reporter Tom Burlington and the "cleansing" of Huckleberry Finn. Do we give words too much power over us? Does "Nigger have an inherent magical "Harry Potter:" ability to inflict pain and damage, or is it shocking only because we have convinced that we ought to be shocked? Does "Nigger" cause pain and harm only because we believe it to be so?
More importantly, by becoming so obsessed with the politically-correctness of the individual words we are using, do we blind ourselves to the meanings behind those words? Are we being conditioned to see only trees made of words and not the forest of ideas beyond?
Now I will not use the word "Nigger" to address a black person (or any person), no more than I would use "bitch" to describe a woman. Yet we do not fear to use the word "bitch", while we cower in abject fear over the mere appearance of the word "Nigger" as if Lord Voldemort himself lurked therein!
People are important,. Ideas are important. Words are just words, and should never be allowed to hold power over people or idea.
The dispute began after Taylor, who is white, used the phrase the "n" word during the 2007 staff meeting. She said participants at the burial had said the full word "at least a hundred times or more," according to court records.
"Does this mean we can finally say the word n-?" Burlington asked colleagues, according to depositions.
Nicole Wolfe, a producer and one of the three African American employees among the nine people at the meeting, exclaimed: "I can't believe you just said that!"
Webmaster's Commentary:
We give words way too much power over people. What is amazing that the author of this article is so terrified that Satan will reach up through the floor and grab his balls (kinda like TSA) that he cannot even bring himself to spell out the word in an article where that word is the subject under discussion.

If anyone had any doubt that the global warming movement is undergoing a serious collapse, this so-called news article from Spiegel Online, entitled “Naked bodies and a new Messiah: Green groups are trying to sex up climate change,” probably lays that doubt to rest. Key quote:
Environmentalists and scientists are concerned about the massive drop in public interest in the topic over the last year. Now they are looking for new strategies to turn the tide. They’re searching for so-called “mind bombs” — highly emotional images that reduce a complex problem down to one core message.
Sadly, the article never asks the fundamental question: What do “mind bombs” have to do with facts, data, and proving your theories are correct in the real world?
Thousands of dead crabs have washed up along the Kent coast, with environmental experts believing the cold weather in Britain is to blame. The Velvet swimming crabs - also called devil crabs - are thought to be victims of Britain's coldest December in 120 years, which left sea temperatures much lower than average.
Why mince words when the planet's being destroyed and we're all being systematically murdered? When it finally dawns on you what these New World Order elite globalists are up to it can be staggering. And it can't be more in your face than it is right now.
The Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund (FTCLDF), an organization whose mission includes “defending the rights and broadening the freedoms of family farms and protecting consumer access to raw milk and nutrient dense foods”, recently filed a lawsuit against the FDA for its ban on interstate sales of raw milk. The suit alleges that such a restriction is a direct violation of the United States Constitution. Nevertheless, the suit led to a surprisingly cold response from the FDA about its views on food freedom (and freedoms in general).

In case you have not heard, Fannie and Freddie (also known as Government-Sponsored Enterprises or GSE’s) settled a big lawsuit with Bank of America Monday. The case was settled for cents on the dollar, even though the GSE’s had had a strong case to force B of A to buy back billions in sour mortgage-backed securities (MBS.) I wrote about some of this in a December 1 post called “Foreclosure Bombshell.”
It is very scary that soon to have a job with the government and in the privet sector. We might have to have the right political views to be the criteria of being hired and holding down a job. I think the Sargent did was ill advised and should have dealt between two workers instead of bringing in internal affairs. I hope in the future he keeps his views to himself just to keep the busybodies away.

It looked like an innocent e-mail Christmas card from the White House. But the holiday greeting that surfaced just before Christmas was a ruse by cybercriminals to steal documents and other data from law enforcement, military and government workers, particularly those involved in computer crime investigations. Analysts who have studied the malicious software said on Wednesday that hackers were able to use the e-mail to collect sensitive law enforcement data. But so far there has been no evidence that any classified information was compromised.

Is the Federal Reserve Really Purchasing Over 60% of 2011’s Fiscal Deficit? In a Word, uh . . . Yeah. The other day, in my post “The Lull Before the Storm”, I mentioned that for fiscal year 2011, the Federal Reserve would be purchasing over 60% of the Federal government deficit.
Literally. In other words, the Fed would be dancing the Monetization Waltz, just like Latin American countries used to back in the 1970’s: Proof positive that America is indeed a banana republic—only with nukes. A lot of people didn’t believe me—or wanted me to check my figures. Or wanted to know if I was having an acid flashback from those aformentioned 1970’s. A lot of people couldn’t believe it.
