The “Internal Revenue Service” is a collection agency for the private, profit-making corporation that calls itself the Federal Reserve System. It was told to me though by someone who was. They were there. First hand. They were also left to apologize to the ones left in the room after the president left. Some of these were military. Those of us who are associated with the truth of history as it relates to the making and sustaining of the conflict in and over Palestine that became Israel, and who call for justice for the Palestinians, now have reason to say “Thank you” to President Obama. With his decision to abandon efforts to persuade Israel to renew a freeze on illegal settlement building on the occupied West Bank, he has proved that the makers of American policy for resolving the conflict are Israel’s leaders and their lobby in the U.S. (including its many stooges in Congress and the mainstream media), not the man who occupies the Oval Office in the White House.
On December 2nd, an event entitled "Overcoming Terror: A True Story" was set to take place on the University of Massachusetts campus in Amherst, Massachusetts. It was sponsored by the Student Alliance for Israel (SAFI) and the University of Massachusetts Hillel House. IDF Sergeant Kenny Sachs was the orator, an on-call speaker for Israeli propaganda groups Upstart Activist and Divestment Watch. Though the topic of discussion happened in Gaza, the event description never named Palestinians. Instead, "terrorists" was the term used to describe those who "attacked" Sergeant Sachs at the Erez checkpoint in northern Gaza.
According to an Arabic investigative journalism website [2], Assange had received money from semi-official Israeli sources and promised them, in a “secret, video-recorded agreement,” not to publish any document that may harm Israeli security or diplomatic interests. As one of our favorite equity market observers wrote last week, the fact of the Fed financing equity positions was known in September of 2008, but as my colleague noted at the time, “you had to read between the lines.” As it turns out, the Fed’s primary dealer credit facility or “PDCF” was essentially able to take any paper, debt or equity, proving once and for all that the Fed had abandoned any pretense at market discipline. Bernanke wasn't just accepting junk collateral for the bailout money, Bernanke was buying back the fraudulent mortgage-backed securities Wall Street has been selling for years. This is why even the pretense of profitability has been abandoned. The FED already knows these equities are worthless.
As detailed in "Bankers Gone Wild", mortgages were cranked out by unscrupulous mortgage brokers, then bundled together into mortgage securities, which were in turn re-sold to investors as triple-A investments, even though the bundles included sub-prime mortgages already defaulting as US jobs were shipped overseas.
These mortgage-backed securities are a Wall Street invention! And at first they appeared to be immensely profitable, so not only were US financial corporations, investment houses, and pension funds buying them, but so too were non financial corporations and major foreign banks including Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.
Worse, we now know that individual mortgages were pledged as collateral to multiple security bundles, which is illegal! This is briefly mentioned at 3:48 in the next video.
What appears to have happened is that the European banks realized that the American investment firms selling those mortgage-backed securities were engaging in fraud! Greenspan has admitted to such.
Obviously, the people of Europe are refusing to be chained to a global bank and seem far more worried about their freedoms than their American counterparts. Yet a quick Google search shows the media encouraging the nations hit with this massive financial fraud to apply to the IMF for more loans, never mentioning that in their indebtedness lies the end of their national sovereignty!
Ultimately the European banks are never going to sit still for fraud, even from Wall Street, and even from the USA! In order to reduce their losses and avoid more IMF entanglements, the European banks demanded a refund on those fraudulent investment packages. No doubt the Wall Street mortgage fraudsters refused, suggesting that the bankers of Europe dump their losses on their populations just as the American banks were being forced to do. That some European banks did so explains why so many European nations are in financial trouble. However, the larger European banks may have decided to "get tough" with the Americans, and this may explain the mysterious electronic run on the US financial system in February 2009, which almost crashed the US economy. Strangely, the American people were never informed who had initiated the financial transfers, even though obviously this information is recorded in the transactions on the computer systems.
This "attack" may have been a warning from the European main banks to the US to make good on the bad investments, or risk full public exposure for the mortgage backed securities fraud!
Soon after, we learned that the Federal Reserve was handing out trillions and trillions of dollars, loans which the American people are expected to repay, only the Federal Reserve refused to say who was getting the money, and even implied that exposure of the recipients of these trillions of dollars might pose a threat to the US economy. Now, nearly two years later, we find out that the Federal Reserve was buying back the mortgage-backed securities from European banks including Deutsche Bank and Credit Suiss. The reason this was kept secret was that the American people were being told that all these "bailouts" would be repaid, yet common sense tells us that profit cannot be made from an exposed fraud! The Fed could not admit too owning all those mortgage-backed securities without being forced to answer the question of just exactly why they were not producing any earnings, with the usual "it was all the borrowers' fault" excuses wearing thin even then! As cash left the nations financial system to cover the repurchase of the fraudulent mortgage backed securities, banks found their balance sheets slipping into the red. The banks were being driven into insolvency making good on the bad paper and this is what triggered the epidemic of fraudulent foreclosures. Banks needed real assets on their balance sheets as quickly as they could to get their balance in the black and their banks out of insolvency. So shortcuts were taken which became known as "foreclosuregate". For some banks, it was too late. Hundreds of banks either dragged down by the fraudulent mortgage securities or made insolvent buying back the bad paper, have been shut down. For other major banks and financial institutions, the tactic worked and they stayed afloat, for which making millions of Americans homeless seemed a small price to pay! Indeed one might explain the hitherto unexplained reluctance by the Federal Government to stem the offshoring of American jobs as a deliberate policy of setting up Americans to lose their homes in order to preserve the capital structure of the banks!
In other words, the American people were looted to make good on the fraud perpetrated by Wall Street not only against American financial institutions, but bankers in the Eurozone as well. The Wall Street Fraudsters should have gone to jail. But they walk free and clear, saved from the FDIC and prison, heading into a wonderful holiday with record-setting bonuses to spend while ordinary Americans have been made jobless, homeless, and hungry to keep the criminals out of prison. The Mortgage Backed Securities fraud is the biggest fraud in the history of the United States, and as today's revelations make clear, we still do not know the full scale of the financial rape this nation has suffered.

The US and Japan were forced to halt military exercises this week because of Russian jets flying nearby, Japanese officials have revealed. Russia admitted its jets were flying above the Sea of Japan, but said the pilots had not breached any rules. Moscow and Tokyo have argued recently over an island chain they both claim.
Epidemiologist Renaud Piarroux conducted research in Haiti on behalf of the French and Haitian governments. The cholera epidemic has killed 2120 people, and nearly 100,000 cases have been treated, according to the Haitian government.The report by Mr Piarroux found that the source of the outbreak was a Nepalese peacekeeping base, whose toilets contaminated the Artibonite river, according to a copy seen by the Associated Press news agency.

Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates received a sobering update on security in eastern Afghanistan during a visit Tuesday, reflecting the uneven nature of the Obama administration's claims to be making progress in suppressing the Taliban insurgency. Gates and other officials are in a difficult position, arguing that the troop increase is beginning to show signs of turning around the 9-year-old war but also conceding that stability in Afghanistan, and large-scale withdrawals of U.S. and European forces, may not be possible before 2014.

The US is warning that it could cut substantial funding to Iraq’s Health, Education, and Transport ministries if the anti-American Sadr bloc is given those cabinet posts in a new government being formed by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
The comments by a senior US embassy official were the clearest public statements yet of US determination to try to limit the influence of the Sadr movement if it continues to rebuff American overtures. The hardline Shiite bloc won the single biggest number of seats in the Iraqi parliament in March 7 elections but refuses to meet with American officials.

Crowley today announced that the federal government has won the right to host “World Press Freedom Day” in May of 2011, and that the event will be held in Washington DC.
In his official statement Crowley said the move would prove the US commitment to “expand press freedom and the free flow of information in this digital age,” but comes at a time when the State Department is not only championing the attempt to silence the release of classified cables showing a variety of crimes by officials.

Congressional Democrats and Republicans are preparing to set aside their budget constraints as they negotiate the extension of income tax cuts scheduled to expire this month.
Their plans to declare a budget emergency as they approve the extension of tax cuts will override a “pay-as-you-go” law that was structured to limit Congress’s ability to finance higher spending or tax relief by expanding the budget deficit.
Extending all income-tax rates for two years, along with renewal of business tax breaks, relief from the alternative minimum tax and other moves such as expanded unemployment insurance could add about $750 billion to the deficit over the next decade, about $300 billion of which is beyond the deficit- expansion which the “pay-as-you-go” law would allow.

This is why I view the entire Congress as a bunch of money-addicts. Even with the clear message that Americans want the size of government reduced and wasteful spending ended, Congress reacts to the tax cuts by going on yet another borrowing binge so they can continue to play "Big Spender" on the world stage, pouring trillions into wars, billions into Israel, lavish perqs for themselves, and trillions more for their banking buddies to buy back the fraudulent mortgage-backed securities and stay out of prison.
Congress just is not getting the message that We The People want the wars ended, funding to Israel canceled, and a full refund of all the public money spent to bail out private bankers form their own greed, recklessness, and stupidity.
That is the only thing that will work. It is working in Iceland. The people of Iceland told the bankers to pay for their own mistakes and now Iceland is out of recession.

The first direct talks between the United States and Iran over its nuclear program in more than a year concluded in Geneva on Tuesday with an agreement for another meeting next month in Istanbul but no substantive progress, according to participants.
While Teheran had said it refused to discuss its nuclear program going into the discussions, Western sources said a significant amount of time was devoted to the issue, which is the international community’s key concern. The talks also lasted two days despite earlier Iranian statements that their delegation would leave after the first day.
Webmaster's Commentary: Unfortunately, the US and Israel will do everything in their power to see to it that the next round of talks does not produce an agreement, and will use the lack of such an agreement as a pretext to a military confrontation.

-School children accused of throwing rocks are tortured and imprisoned, have absolutely no representation, and will have criminal records for the rest of their lives.
-Gazan Palestinians can be shot, maimed and killed by the IDF for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

On April 29, 2010, activists Mitch Kahle and Kevin Hughes were assaulted by Ben Villaflor, the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms, and State Sheriff’s Deputies, for objecting to unconstitutional Christian prayers used to begin each session of the Hawaii State Legislature. Hughes was injured in the attack and was taken to the hospital for x-rays and treatment. Kahle was arrested and prosecuted, but was ultimately vindicated when Judge Leslie Hayashi found Kahle “NOT GUILTY” and ruled that: “The Senate’s [Christian] prayers violate the constitutional separation of church and state.”
The U.S. military chief said he wants Japan to join drills off the Korean peninsula to forge a “unified position” with South Korea against aggression by Kim Jong Il’s regime.
Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said at a briefing today in Seoul that he hopes U.S. military exercises with South Korea will “include participation by your neighbors and partners, in particular the Japanese.” He didn’t elaborate on what kind of role Japan would be playing, only that they could offer training and expertise.

The reason the tensions here are "escalating" is that the US's actions in the Korean peninsula are causing tensions to escalate.
One has to wonder who, in the bowels of power in DC, would be barking mad enough to contemplate a war with China. Yet, this may well be the very thing for which the corporate media is setting up the American people with their coverage.
And please remember:
1. The US was unable to convince China to revalue its currency at the last G-20 meeting in November.
2. The US is incapable of repaying those billions of dollars of assets on which the Chinese government is sitting. If there is a war, and the US wins (dubious as that may be, in light of the fact that we don't have the manufacturing capability to sustain a prolonged war), as victors, we don't have to pay back what we owe them.
3. China and Russia have done away with the dollar completely in transactions between the two countries.
4. Because of treaties between North Korea and China, and between South Korea and the US, it will be impossible for a military conflict between these two countries not to drag in the US and China directly.
5. There are some in power in DC who believe that another war (any war, thank you very much), will distract the American people from the economic misery this administration's domestic and foreign policies have created, and get them to rally around their government in a show of unity. But I have a message to the White House, the Pentagon, and the State Department: don't bet on that last thought working at all.

A judge on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit seeking to halt the Obama administration's program to capture or kill American citizens who join militant groups abroad, a case involving a Muslim cleric in Yemen. The ruling was a defeat for civil liberties groups that brought the lawsuit on behalf of the father of Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S. citizen who joined al Qaeda in Yemen and has been tied to plots against the United States.
"If the court's ruling is correct, the government has unreviewable authority to carry out the targeted killing of any American, anywhere, whom the president deems to be a threat to the nation," said Jameel Jaffer, the group's deputy legal director.
Webmaster's Commentary: Judge Bate's decision was entirely wrong, based on the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
As an American, Al-Awaki is entitled to trial by a jury of his peers and his day in court, no matter what he is alleged to have done or said.So, extradite the guy (if in fact he is still alive), and bring him to the US for a trial. However, institutionalizing extrajudicial assassinations as a tool of US statehood, is a very morally dangerous path the Obama administration has chosen, with some very dark potential outcomes in the future. The use of a tool like this in the Federal government's arsenal can very easily be used to silence any peaceful, logical, and reasoned criticism of that government's policies. This ruling will have repercussions far beyond the original case, and those repercussions may well turn deadly for the status of free speech in this country.
Among those who recently died while taking AstraZeneca's blockbuster drug Seroquel are Marine corporals Andrew White and Chad Oligschlaeger. Both were being given multiple drugs, including Seroquel, for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Both died in their sleep. Before his death, White was being given more than double the maximum recommended Seroquel dose for patients suffering from schizophrenia.
In reality, discussions about "bailout" and "reassuring markets" are exercises in farce. Despite all the quacking, supposedly to calm the "bond markets," the bailout approach guarantees doom. Only financial reorganization through the Glass-Steagall principle can work.
Innocence, as defined by law, makes us complicit with the crimes of the state. To do nothing, to be judged by the state as an innocent, is to be guilty. It is to sanction, through passivity and obedience, the array of crimes carried out by the state.
Airports have become a minefield of health hazards, and an investigation into airport safety has revealed that radiation emitted from various scanning machines is sometimes much higher than intended, putting workers and passengers at serious risk. And while the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) insists that the machines are safe, the agency refuses to release the actual safety inspection reports to back its claim.

Then shoe salesmen started dying of cancer, which is why you don't see these in shoe stores any more.
Produced under the supervision of the US Surgeon General, this short film shows how to check the fit of shoes using the in-store x-ray machines which were common at the time. Indeed these machines, although declining in use in the 50s, were still found in shoe stores as late as 1981. And here is the message for the TSA workers. The United States Government insisted these machines were safe to use, right up to the time when shoe salesmen started dying from cancer caused by these devices. The US Government excused its error (and all those dead workers) by saying that the harmful nature of X-rays had not been fully understood at the time. This is important for the TSA workers to understand because they are in the same position as those shoe store salespeople. The US Government is telling you that those terahertz wave scanners are perfectly safe. But terahertz technology is just as new and unknown right now as X-rays were to those shoe stores. Already there is a growing body of evidence that these ultra small radio waves are triggering chemical changes in the skin, including damage to DNA. That you feel nothing at all from the radiation is of small consolation; those already-dead-while-walking shoe salesmen never felt anything either as they were zapped hour after hour, day after day, week after week, just as you feel nothing when you are zapped hour after hour, day after day, week after week. This photo was published by Gizmodo a few weeks ago. If genuine, it is clear that the right arm of the TSA operator is visible in the background of the scanner output. If the TSA worker appears in the scan output, then the TSA worker was scanned, once for every passenger that goes through his scanner all day, every day, every week, every month, every year. You, the TSA pervert, are being zapped, hour after hour, day after day, week after week. The terahertz machines are not adequately shielded, based on that Gizmodo photo, just as those shoe store X-ray machines were not adequately shielded. You believe you are safe while operating those machines only because the government tells you are safe while operating those machines. But as you zap and fondle passengers this coming Thanksgiving weekend, consider this. Those machines cost much more than you do, and are a huge profit center for people in the government who have invested in the companies that make them. And, after all, this is the same government that assured us all Saddam had nuclear weapons. Could the government lie to you? Of course they could, and would, and probably do.
So while you get your jollies abusing the tourists, think of all those shoe salesmen who died lingering painful deaths because they too believed when the government said their equipment was safe to use.
As for those forced to endure the harassment of the TSA this holiday weekend, remember the words from Faust; "stipendium peccati mors est", the reward of sin is death. Should history repeat, then those TSA bullies exulting in their tyrannical power over you are all dead men (and women) walking.
