The report on Pakistan claims that the Afghan War can only be won if the Pakistani military is able to completely secure all the tribal areas and eliminate all terrorists in those regions, and accuses Pakistan’s government of being unwilling to do that. It is unclear if the document questions whether or not Pakistan’s government is even theoretically able to dominate those regions, which have long been only nominally under their control.

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) said its army and people were ready for escalated conflicts and all-out war that would not be confined to the peninsula, the official news agency KCNA reported Saturday.
According to the KCNA, a spokesman for the National Peace Committee of Korea said in the statement released Saturday that the recent moves of the U.S. indicated that it was fully joining in South Korea's moves for a war of aggression against the DPRK after "throwing away the disguise of a hypocrite". It was clear that if the South Korean army mobilized all flying corps, warships and missiles for a war against the DPRK and the U.S. joined them with the latest weapons, it would develop into an all-out war, not a local war, he said.

In the case of one man who was arrested, and sustained a fracture below his right eye, the SIU determined that the police used excessive force. But the badge number on the man's arrest sheet did not correspond to the assigned badge number of any Toronto police officer. Even Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair has acknowledged that up to 90 officers were not wearing their name-tags during the summit weekend. Police violence during routine domestic visits are on the rise. Elderly citizens have been ‘tazed’ while attending their grandchildren’s quinceaneras and pets have been nonchalantly put down for barking while their masters are savagely beaten for demanding Constitutional rights. In yet another example of this type of police brutality, officers serving a DWI warrant the day before the defendant was scheduled to appear at a court hearing regarding the charge entered the multifamily dwelling and immediately shot and killed the residents’ three dogs, two of which were puppies only a few months old. Three bullets were fired into each of the canine’s heads, execution style. One was cowering under a table in an act of submission when he was neutralized.
