Another vocal supporter for gun control, Illinois Rep. Mike Quigley, told POLITICO that he hopes “something good” can come from the Arizona tragedy – perhaps discussion on a new assault weapon ban, sales at gun shows and tracing measures.

But there is one issue here never seems to come up for scrutiny or discussion of this tragedy: where were the parents of this 22 year old young man, Amy Joanne Loughner, and Randy L Loughner? He didn't just wake up one morning, mentally disturbed: this kind of condition comes on gradually.
Unfortunately, untreated mental illness generally gets worse over time, and not better. Why was there apparently no effort on the part of his parents to arrange for treatment for their son, which may have averted this catastrophe?!?
The Massachusetts court is the highest to ruled on this issue and the decision has the potential to invalidate thousands of foreclosures across the state. It also provides more ammunition to borrowers in other states who could push the case to the U.S. Supreme Court. If the nation's highest court rules that these transfers are not legal, the multi-trillion-dollar mortgage-backed securitization industry could face massive liability.

Very often these policies are essentially bad for the people because they take away many of their rights,” the former CIA officer said.
And so it begins… In an almost predictable move, notorious gun grabber Carolyn McCarthy is planning to introduce gun control legislation after the Tucson shooting and assassination attempt of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords This is a shameless political move and should be rejected outright. The idea that only the corrupt government and their subordinates should be allowed to stock pile ammo is absurd. If society collapses, what are citizens supposed to do to protect their families when the police are too busy protecting their own?
These economic crises, we are told, were created by the governments’ inability to repay debts and interests taken to cover the alleged global wars against terror. The important questions I like to pose in this regard are: who are the debtors and where did they get the debt money from?/strong?
I see this tragic event blowing up in their faces like any other event because they are grandstanding trying to take the moral high ground demonizing the very freedoms that made this country great. The shooter has already been shown to has some of the same ideology as many members in congress after seeing what his beliefs are.His views are very far from the Tea Party or the Patriot movement are and seem to blame the opposition anyway. When they repeatedly acted like this after every tragic event trying to move an agenda forward shows they have lost the high ground long ago.
